Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery once:
Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags and packaging are intact
Items are returned in their original condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Undergarments
Socks
Hats
Final sale items
Any item showing signs of wear or damage
How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Include your order number and reason for return
Our team will provide return instructions if approved
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Nestera is not responsible for items lost during return transit
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are not refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos and your order number
Once verified, Nestera will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
